For founder Jeff Green, the motivation behind launching Balanced Boards was his belief in the importance of inclusion, equality and equitable opportunities for all, regardless of gender, race, or age. With 25 years of business experience as a serial entrepreneur and investor, Jeff learned first-hand that diversity adds immense value to corporate management. Having started and run several product, services and consultancy businesses, he has an in-depth understanding of what is required of a board member and has honed his problem-solving abilities. This is why he knows what it takes to instil confidence in candidates aspiring to board-level positions, and is able to match a given company to the best board members or NEDs for its needs. With decades of conducting business, Jeff and his team have built an extensive network of senior entrepreneurial contacts across the globe, giving Balanced Boards an international scope for contributing to a more equitable and diverse corporate landscape. Importantly, Jeff puts in the time and effort to stay in touch with all his contacts gained over many years and, in particular, not just when he wants something.
